Black cocoa and espresso dough with blackberry and a trace of rosemary, stuffed with a center of blackberry elderberry jam steeped with bay leaves. The jam is homemade from handpicked blackberries. It is finished with a blackberry drizzle and smoked flaky salt. Available through October 31, after which the púca gets the blackberries.
