Shipping Policy — 2nd Job Bakery

Processing & Bake Times All orders are baked fresh to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and baking before your order ships. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Carrier & Rates We ship via USPS Priority Mail to ensure the fastest possible delivery for your fresh-baked goods.

Estimated Delivery Windows USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 1–3 business days after shipment. Total time from order to delivery is generally 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside our control.

Freshness & Perishable PackagingOur cookies are packaged with care to arrive fresh: heat-sealed bags. We recommend refrigerating or freezing upon arrival if you won't be enjoying them within 3–5 days.

We do not ship on Fridays to avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your email]. We'll make it right.
