March is a transitional month. Winter has weight; spring has light. This collection is built around that tension.
The lineup moves from deep and toasted to bright and floral, then settles into celebration. Every cookie in this box is calibrated for contrast — malt alongside citrus, custard layered within pastry, milk set against brown butter warmth.
This is a patisserie-focused collection. Custards, frangipane, milk cores, and controlled glazes take priority. Pastry-style dough architecture replaces decorative excess. Each cookie is engineered around interior structure: how the crumb fractures, how the filling sets, how aroma releases as the center opens.
