Cookies that work as hard as you do.
Main Hustle: The Cookies That Earned Tenure
The full-time employees. The permanent roster. The cookies that proved themselves worthy of showing up every single week. Not every flavor gets to be a staple. These did. They're the classics we perfected, obsessed over, and decided deserved a permanent spot.
Always available. Always made-to-order.
Always baked fresh because even the Main Hustle doesn't get to phone it in.
Brown Butter Chocolate Chip. Salted Peanut Butter Cup. The heavy hitters that keep the operation running.
Reliable? Yes. Boring? Absolutely not.Your Main Hustle is always on the clock.
How Our Hustle Works
We bake to order because this is a side hustle, not a warehouse operation. No mass production. No sitting-on-shelves-for-weeks nonsense. Just fresh cookies made specifically for you.
The Schedule (Pay Attention):
- Order by Tuesday night - That's your weekly deadline.
- Order after Tuesday? You're automatically in next week's delivery. No exceptions. No rush orders.
- We bake Wednesday–Sunday - That's when the magic happens.
- Ships Sunday evening - Arrives Monday/Tuesday. Peak freshness. Zero regrets.
You get cookies that were literally baked for you. We avoid becoming a full-time bakery with a 3rd job's worth of dishes. It's a win-win.
Fresh cookies. Zero waste. No apologies.
Side Projects: Seasonal Specials That Don't Stick Around
The Side Projects
Even a side hustle needs a side hustle. These are the seasonal obsessions. The flavor combinations that haunt us until we bake them. The limited-edition specials that get one month in the spotlight before we move on to the next creative fixation.
They show up, make an impression, and leave before anyone gets too comfortable. No repeats. No encores. Zero corporate "customer demand" nonsense. We bake what we want, when we want, and if you miss them? There's always next time. Maybe.
When they're gone, they're gone. And honestly? That's what makes them special.
Order before they clock out. Your cookie dealer doesn't do callbacks.
October theme:
This Month's Assignment: Autumn Anarchy. October’s limited batch is all about embracing the season’s best flavors with a rebellious twist. We’re skipping the basic and going straight for the iconic—with a few surprises. Get ready for a lineup of limited-time legends:
· The Pumpkin Spice Accomplice: Your annual fall flavor, caught red-handed in a spiced cookie with a white chocolate espresso core.
· The Midnight Bite: A vampiric venture into darkness—a near-black cocoa cookie with a tart cherry jam and white chocolate heart.
· The Salty Maple PTO: The ultimate edible excuse to call in cozy—a brown butter maple cookie with a dulce de leche core and turbinado salt.
· The Cinnamon Roll Escape: A great bakery heist—all the gooey, cream-cheese-swirled glory of a cinnamon roll in a no-fork-required cookie.
These seasonal specialists are only on the clock until October 31. Get 'em before they ghost you.
November Side Projects
This Month's Assignment: Thanksgiving Overtime
November's lineup is all about doing the work so you don't have to. We took every classic Thanksgiving dessert, stripped away the stress, the soggy crusts, and the passive-aggressive family commentary, and turned them into cookies that actually deliver.
Open-face. Loaded. Unapologetically extra.
These aren't your basic fall flavors—they're the desserts you'd make if you had time, energy, and weren't already juggling three jobs. Consider this your well-earned shortcut to pie season.
The Promotion (Apple Pie)
All the work. None of the lattice.
Spiced cookie base, thick apple compote, buttery oat crumble, salted caramel drizzle. Everything you love about homemade apple pie without the rolling pin guilt or soggy bottom anxiety.
Bourbon Pecan Pie (After Hours Edition)
Deep, rich, and more complex than your day job.
Spiced cookie base with bourbon extract, rich pecan filling spiked with espresso and cocoa, bourbon-caramel glaze. Tastes like you're getting away with something. Technically, you're not.
Pumpkin Pie Power Move
Pie crust is overrated anyway.
Spiced cookie base, silky pumpkin custard enriched with espresso, maple glaze lattice, nutmeg sugar. All the cozy Thanksgiving vibes without the awkward small talk.
Cranberry Orange Deadline
Tart, bright, and impossible to ignore.
Cardamom and orange zest cookie base, cranberry-orange compote, crunchy almond streusel, honey-orange glaze. The cookie equivalent of being effortlessly put-together during holiday chaos.
Cornbread Coffee Break
Southern comfort meets corporate indulgence.
Tender cornmeal cookie with authentic texture, brushed with honey, finished with flaky salt. Comfort without the casserole dish commitment.
Available through November 30. Order before they clock out for the season.
Hustle & Dough
This bakery runs on sarcasm, complex carbs, and impossibly high standards.
We bake from scratch, after hours, by hand—because that's what it takes to make cookies that don't suck. No shortcuts. No corporate nonsense. No mass-produced garbage masquerading as "artisan."
Just premium ingredients, obsessive technique, and a refusal to settle for anything less than excellent.
Life's too short for bad cookies. Your hustle deserves better. Your second job should be worth it.
Made-to-order. Zero waste. Unapologetically delicious.
