Wild blueberries on the north shore of Lake Superior come in low to the ground, small and dark and worth every minute of picking. They went into pies, into muffins, into jars sealed against winter. This cookie carries that same instinct: blueberry woven through the dough, a lemon curd and fresh blueberry jam center side by side, finished with a blueberry glaze that sets pale purple.
